Lunch: Loin on Bacon, served with a mustard grain sauce, colcannon mash, carrots and parsnip. Garnished with caramelized apple. Dessert: Fresh lemon tart served with a summer fruit coulis and cheese plate. Pre-Arrival: Afternoon tea served with warm scones, open face roast beef sandwich and coffee or tea.
