The service on Aer Lingus - from take off to beverage service to meal service to duty free - took nearly 2.5 hours! The crew were slow and very rude. The meat was okay, but the potatoes and vegetables had a pre-cooked look and taste. The pasta salad was filled with oil, the roll looked like it had been mangled, but the desert was fairly good.
