Catering: "Pinhas"- kosher food factory-kitchen (Moscow). When booking a ticket, I ordered my favorite kosher for free, which was better in quality and abundance than the "Russian" food and standard. Kosher cassalette is 1.5 times larger than the standard and "Russian", so it is generally plentiful. Fillings (cranberries) in pancakes were not spared, tightly and generously stuffing pancakes with cranberries. However, with my increased acidity, this is rather a disadvantage, because because of this it was already well sour in the stomach) Another disadvantage was that the pancakes of the barelyare warmer than room temperature. Apparently, the abundance of layers of packaging on the kosher casserole prevented it from being properly warmed up. And so, in general, everything is delicious. Salmon is fresh and delicious. Saute with bell pepper essentially resembles lecho. I don't really like hummus, so I'm not a connoisseur of it. At the hotel, then finished, spread on bread. Jars with crushed berries often swell. This one even leaked, from which I smeared my hands. The marmalade is delicious. Due to the large abundance of carbohydrates and the satiety of the diet, I didn't even eat everything on board. I finished the leftovers already at the hotel. I didn't really want to drink, so I took only cranberry juice and tea with lemon, then I really took an addition of tea with lemon. They are not greedy for drinks, they pour generously. The only thing that pisses me off is that they immediately want to give it all out on a narrow table, where it hardly fits, and it can easily fall out of there with a loose or careless movement. With the large size of the kosher box, putting cups is really a problem. Even if I took only two of them, with tea and a soft drink.
Date added: 2023-01-24 // Flight #SU 1481 // Flight: 4:20 // Aircraft: Boeing-737-800 RA-73117 (or stolen VP-BSB) "Anatoly Koni" // Ticket price: 20950.00
Equipment: A huge kosher lunch box that barely fits on the table. The problematic thing is that there is then nowhere to put the cups with drinks. Kosher packaging with hot is 1.5 times more than the standard one, which is why I like it. The plane, after stealing from European lessors, was re-registered from the Bermuda registration VP-BSB to the Russian registration RA-73117 (what a shame....)
