My dad's meal. He's vegetarian and he was glad to get a suitable meal. Buckwheat with mushrooms, salad, a bread roll, two"fitdisks". The disks are smaller than they look, about the size of a cotton disk. They are a mixture of dried apples and raisins, also containing cinnamon and ground hazelnuts.
