Appetiser:
Smoked Salmon with cram cheese, capers, onions, cucumber, caper berries and pumpernickel.
Salad:
Organic Field greens, grape tomaotes and parmesan served with balsamic vinaigrette.
Main Course:
Grilled AAA Beef Tenderloin in red wine sauce accompanied by potato and celery root mash, tomatoes, green beens and carrots.
Selection of Cheese:
Camembert, yellow cheddar and oka served with crackers.
Desert:
Tahitian vanilla, belgian chocolate and cappuchino ice cream.
Cranberry Cocktail
Very nice dinner. The beef was extremely tender and melted in your mouth, actually one of the best steaks I have ever had - anywhere. The rest of the meal was of a very high standard, certainly exceptional for airline food.
