Starter: smoked Atlantic salmon with cucumber carpaccio, dill mustard sauce and capers. Salad: organic field greens, grape tomatoes and parmesan served with balsamic vinegar. Main Course: grilled AAA beef tenderloin presented with truffle and porcini mushroom sauce, celeriac Yukon gold dauphinoise potatoes, green beans and cherry tomato confit. Selection Of Cheese: Camambert, yellow Cheddar and Oka served with crackers. Dessert: Apple tart.
Drinks: Kaiken Malbec Reserve red wine, Bailey’s.

One of the most succulent beef fillets I've ever eaten (let alone in the air - how do they do it??) Perfect presentation in every dish. Copious amounts of wine! That's how premium travel should be done worldwide. After a sleep through the shorter eastbound night, nice, light, fresh breakfast to start the day. Perfection.
