Pre-flght drink: water. Dinner: Chinese treat: celery salad, sauted fish belly, fresh fruit cuts, main meal: rice, Sichuan-style sauted chicken, seasonal vegetables; desert: Chinese pie , roasted almond

White wine, water

Excellent presentation and service, chicken was awesome, fruit was fresh and crunchy. Prefer to have roasted almond served just after take-off with drink service instead of servng it together during in dinner tray.
