YIKES! After having wonderful meals in Hong Kong, having a communist type first class meal was a shock to the system. The salad was a waldorf with the mystery meat heaped on it. You had to dig under it to get to the still frozen waldorf. My traveling companions one row ahead of us ordered the last of the chicken so we were stuck eating the cod. EEEWWW! Very fishy as I guess cod should be, served piping hot with some plain white rice. Ate the rice, left the fish. Skipped dessert but seatmate had the cheesecake that was very dry. There were 3 F/As assigned to only 6 first class pax (we made up 4 of the 6) and service was very attentive.
