Croissant with strawberry jam. Hash brown, scrambled egg, tomato and sausage. Peach on pineapple.

I know it is difficult to do hash brown right with the oven on-board so Air China was forgiven on this (but other airlines made it so CA need to catch up). Otherwise the breakfast was reasonably good.
