Breakfast - Spicy marinated vegetables, rice congee, cut melon, roll and butter.

Tea

'This was the Chinese breakfast selection. There rice congee was sticky and tasteless, as expected, but usually several offerings of pickles and sliced meats should also be offered -- had to dump the marinated vegetables into the porridge to give it some taste. A roll filled with cold cuts was offered later, but the turkey cold cuts were off-putting; did not finish. Meals for row mates appeared more appetizing."
