East coast dinner service: To maximise the passenger's rest and tranquility, the dinner service from East coast cities is simplified. There is either an aperitif or a champagne offer (depending on the flight time) and then the tray which comes initially with the appetizer, cheese, and dessert already on the tray. The only exchange done is for the hot dish. This is a coffee/tea/digestif service after the hot dish. Service is usually quick yet attentive and efficient without being too rushed. I am personally not a huge fan of the lobster, but it distinguishes Boston from other AF cities. The "sea bass" appeared to be more like halibut maybe ? Breakfast always comes way too early, it's such a short flight ... I usually just chug down some OJ and attack the fruit, which is always good.
