Dinner - Hors d'oeuvre: cured ham and mozzarella, grilled artichoke
and bell pepper salad
Choice of main courses: pan-seared tournedos of beef served with ratatouille
and duchesse potatoes
OR
Mahi mahi with macadamia nuts, pan-seared, served with chive mashed potatoes
and chinese-style sauted vegetables.
Selection of cheese (the usual)
Dessert: Raspberry Charlotte
Breakfast: Fresh OJ, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, yogurt,
fresh bakery selection, breakfast pastries, butter and preserves
H20 and Sprite
Quick dinner service for all north east coast departures ... everything is served on the tray to maximise passenger rest time and tranquility. The only exchange done is between the appetizer and main dish. The cured ham is actually quite good with a nice piece of bread. The mahi mahi has a tendancy to be a tad dry but I think it's the macadamia nuts that suck up all the moisture ? Can you identify the missing (or substituted) element on the dinner tray and then the two missing / substituted elements on the breakfast tray ?
