Service tradition - Aperitif, now served with Fauchon "sel de guerlande" wafers, yum ! Choice of hors d'oeuvre: Duck foie gras terrine with candied orange OR Marinated shrimp with sesame oil and vegetable mirepoix Choice of main courses: Filet of beef accmpanied by maxime potatoes and french green beans OR Filet of sea bream with light anchovy sauce, sauteed zucchini and orzo OR Breast of duckling (canette) with porte wine jus reduction, accompagnied by baby carrots with hazelnut oil and buttered peas Selection of cheese: Camembert, Comte, Sainte-Maure Selection of desserts: Fig tart, praline mousse with dried fruit, sherbet and cookies, fresh fruit Light meal: Turkey, fresh goat cheese, dried fruit, and walnut bread, yogurt, fresh fruit

I will never tire of this service. It's perfect. Even with only 18 passengers on board, the other pax snatched up the beef, but I was content with the duckling, which was very good. Perhaps a little bit too much port wine reduction, but still good. As I said in other comments, I skip the cheese, but being a "gourmand", asked for a second serving of the parline mousse *SHAME*, it's so good ! I waited a little to eat it, as I like my dessert with my coffee. No more comments for the light meal, I didn't eat it. 4 slices of melon and 4 grapes = fresh fruit ?? It's the only not so great part of the meal services.
