1. Amuse bouche of Thai style vegetables and shrimp in a spoon. 2. First Course of Crab w/vegetable brunoise, spiced duck foie gras, sauteed pineapple and baby spinach. 3. Main of Simmered Veal w/Verbena and vegetable fricassee (a Chef Michel Roth dish) 4. Cheese course of Camembert and Comte' Light Meal before Arrival: Vegetable tortilla, deviled egg w/salmon, chicken club sandwich with pesto, Organic yogurt and apple-berry compote with lemon crumble.

Disappointing given the culinary potential of France and the consulting chefs they use for Air France. The duck foie gras was nice and the Veal was tasty (like beef stew) but not really inspired and actually more comfort food than fine dining. The rest of the meal was largely forgettable and the small meal upon landing was the oddest combination of light snacks. . .none seemed to go together and the taste profiles were so opposite that it was almost inedible. I found it bizarre for a snack.
