Coffee

Simply terrible. A freeze-dried pre-packaged breakfast pack unapologetically tossed out to the Business Class passengers. The flight attendants did not care that most of the contents required hot water to activate; they were too busy pushing the coffee. Note the lack of virtually any L'Espace linen, china and silverware. I felt like I was inconveniencing Air France by showing up to fly them that day.
