I do not particularly like to have my whole dinner on one tray (appetizer came with both cheese and dessert already on it). First time this has happened to me on Air France long-haul business class flight. FA explained that people like an expedited service on overnight flights so they can sleep more. Everything was enjoyable on the tray. The foie gras with dried fruit was excellent and the steak perfectly cooked (medium rare). Cheeses were French and most welcomed. The dessert was one of the best desserts I have ever had on a plane: the chocolate mousse had small crunchy malt balls in it. Great taste. Wines and champagne were fine. Bravo Air France! But keep dishes separate next time!
