Hors d’Oeuvre:
1 - Shrimp, salmon roulade and scallops served with lemon caper vinaigrette.
2 - Swiss air-dried beef and goat cheese on a bed of marinated tomatoes.
Main Course:
1 - Fillet of Sea Bass served with lobster sauce, rice, lentils and leaf spinach.
2 - Grilled tournedos of beef with herb jus, carrots, parsnips and Mediterranean-style couscous.
Breakfast:
Herbed omlette with roasted potatos and ham.
Gin Tonic (Bombay Sapphire) and Champagne Henriot Brut Souverain.
Appetizers were quite good so as Champagne! Sea bass tasted good to, at least it was not overcooked and still preserved some moisture. However, beef was way over cooked and tasteless. Nothing special can be said about breakfast.
