lunch - appetizer - These was a light meal served after we had a great breakfast on the lounge. Boarding the Concorde actually happened on the ground, in a special lounge at CDG: you handed in your ticket and your coat when you entered this room.

Unbelievable wines.

These are some old pictures I took with a Mavica on my one and only flight on the Concorde. The pictures speak for themselves: it was one of the best meals I ever had in a plane, and definitely the most carefully arranged. Those were the good old days of real cutlery (by Christople, no less!), beautiful china, and lots of charm.
