APPETIZER: Salmon fume' salad with creme chives.
MAIN: Beef filet with potatoes Dauphine and French beans with squash melons,
bread & butter.
DESSERT: Selection of the cheeses, tarts, nuts, sorbets and small pastries.
2000 Bordeaux
Not too bad, in fact the salmon and filet were quite tasty, although the filet was served quite cool. The menu was a hastily typed & photocopied sheet in French that the flight attendant was loathe to translate to each passenger in my area. The attendants were surprisingly ignorant and ambivalent about the wines they were pouring.
