Cocktail with Fauchon cheese crackers Appetizer - Demi-Homard a la Parisienne. Main dish - Sea Bass Duglere accompanied by wild rice, sugar snap peas and carrots. Cheese plate. Danish cookies with sherbets. Dessert - Dacquoise. Breakfast - Fresh fruits with French toasts and peach compote.

Water, tomato juice and white wine

Lobster appetizer was perfectly chilled and fresh. The main dish was terrible - fish overcooked and vegetables soggy. I was surprised to see those Danish butter cookies from a tin offered instead of French cookies. Must have been an improvised substitution from an offline station. The dacquoise was delicious. Breakfast was average. Flight attendant forgot to offer pastries.
