mashed potatoes, cheeses and choco-caramel cake. (Menu Card)

Fine but salmon a bit dry and cheeses average (not as good as outbound from Paris). Filet mignon good with mustard and peas cooked to perfection. Bravo for Air France desserts - among the best in the skies! Forget the sundae trend - I'll take this caramel torte any day!
