"This menu cover is a bit dated today but was okay for June 1998. Yet it has a lot of publicity from the region of Aveyron where Roquefort is made as well as ads for Société, one of the bigest roquefort cheese maker in France. The other interesting feature is the recipe. In these days AF published a recipe from the region this time it was a Roquefort Tart. The minus point of this menu is that it only features the wine selection for the drinks available."
