There was more than enough food, though I thought that a sweet muffin, a sweet pastry, and sweet apricot jam was a bit excessive. But everything tasted pretty good, had the right amount of moisture, and a good texture. The orange juice was a bit slushy but it was a lot better than the frozen solid juice that many kosher meals come from.
