Rice with Chettinad Chicken. Warm Bun with Butter chiplet Boondi Raita: deep fried, spicy gram flour balls dipped in curd. Dessert: Rosogulla. cottage cheese ball dipped in Sugary cardamom syrup

Tea/Coffee and water

This was india on a plate! South indian chicken dish, boondi raita a north indian specialty and for dessert and east indian specialty! Whoever thought of mating a North Indian raita with a South Indian chicken curry deserves to be spanked. That said an excellent meal, which along with a Bollywood movie on the seatback PTV helped pass the time.
