Dinner
Mixed salad, Bread roll, Amul butter, packaged water,
Yoghurt. The entree was Gosht Patiala (soft mutton cooked in a yoghurt/tomato/onion
mild spicy gravy), Rice Pulao, and spiced vegetables (Cauliflower and
potatoes cooked in dried tomatoes and green chillies) . Dessert was a
Fruit Praline Mousse. Tea, Japanese Tea, and coffee was available too.
Water
Surprisingly there were menus offered. The meal was absolutely delicious. The mixed salad had variety, the bread roll was soft. The entree was outstanding and was wiped out in minutes. The mutton was well cut, marinated, and perfectly cooked. The rice was hot, and the spiced vegetables had imagination in preparation. On the whole the presentation was great and the quantity was more than adequate. What I was happy about was that there was a mouth freshener included too, something similar to the Jet Airways after mint. The other non vegetarian option was Chicken Hunan, Fried Rice, and Oriental vegetables.
