I was mildly disappointed with the main course. The lamb itself was excellent, but the sauce and the vegetables weren't quite up to my high expectations for Air India food, meal, catering. To their credit, the crew almost begged me to supplement this with the other entree (Goa Prawn Curry) that was receiving rave reviews. Service was superlative though. The trainee did a great job with the wine and the fruit basket reminded me of the days when AI didn't operate at minimum staffing and could deliver this kind of service on a consistent basis.
