Amuse bouche to begin; Starter: Kawakawa cured salmon with citrus jelly & potato and chive salad; Main: Braised beef casserole with golden kumara mash and garlic confit; Dessert: passionfruit and lemon curd ice cream; Selection of New Zealand cheeses to finish.

Champagne; red wine; dessert Reisling.

Other main choices were New Zealand snapper, pancetta wrapped chicken breast, or roast pumpkin, feta and onion fritata. Starter was a bit bland but beef casserole was excellent, especially the kumara mash. Additional dessert offering was an apple and black plum tart. Full breakfast was offered, but only had some fruit and yogurt as I was too full still!
