Starter: Cured and seared tuna with salad ratatouille; Main: Pan seared cod with lemon caper sauce; Dessert: Triple chocolate ice cream & pineapple and coconut ice cream. Breakfast prior to arrival was: Fresh fruit and yogurt, toast, and Belgian waffles with strawberries.
Champagne & white wine.
Very attentive service by crew during entire flight. Cod was moist and very well prepared. Other dinner choices were lamb loin or roasted chicken breast. Huge breakfast offerings, with all types of rolls and bread, cereals, omelet, or hot bacon roll.
