First Class meal with caviar service, appetizers, seafood course, main served from a trolley, salad, cheese, and then desert.

Very nicely done by Air Tahiti Nui. There were only two of us in the First Class Cabin yet they still did a complete service with all four main options and the full bar set up. Service was excellent.
