Dinner - Cucumber and shrimp salad Sauteed chicken with fafa (the green shoots of the taro plant. Kind of like spinach or collard greens) and coconut milk Cheese Vanilla flan Bread & butter

Water

The cucumber and shrimp salad was way too salty and didn't taste very fresh. The vanilla flan had an odd diet-vanilla-pudding aftertaste to it. However, the chicken was excellent, and I soaked up the rest of the sauce with my roll.
