Breakfast
Breakfast came in two courses. First, a fresh fruit plate (kiwi, pineapple, orange) and warm apple cinnamon muffin with pat of butter. Course Two consisted of 2 multi-grain pancakes with fruit compote topping and 2 patties of sausage.

"Seattle's Best" Coffee

The fruit was sweet and juicy, the muffin tasted like home baked right out of the oven. Delicious! The pancakes were just average, and I was wishing I had some maple syrup. I don't think pancakes should be "healthy." They just need to be good! The sausage had a funny, rubbery texture and because of this I only ate two bites. Luckily the muffin and fruit were very satisfying and were plenty for breakfast. The service was excellent and the presentation very appetizing. I was surprised and pleased to see the return of a real metal knife!
