Eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, grilled asparagus; mixed nuts for a snack

Water, Bloody Mary, coffee (not shown)

Excellent meal. All meal items were served at perfect temperature, nothing was over- or undercooked. Bloody Marys were strong but not overwhelming. Coffee was very fresh and clean-tasting. Water served was spring water. Mixed nuts were served after breakfast - these were not warmed, but that would have been a nice touch.
