I don't know why Alaska continues to tell us that the meal will be served in courses on these transcontinental flights, as most F/As just served everything at once. The poorly trained F/A served everything at once and the dessert came out rock solid. No one could eat it till 20-30 minutes later. The Clementine chicken sounded fancy but in reality, it was a piece of under-seasoned chicken with some orange sauce. The Salt & straw ice cream was the best part of the meal. They also forgot to serve the snack basket till eight minutes prior to literally landing. Now I know why no one wants to fly AS on these transcontinental flights.
