On this two hours flight, a quinoa salad topped with grilled chicken was offer, accompanied by a warmed roll and packaged brownie. It was simply tasteless and lacks seasoning. Basically someone sees from food magazine that everyone is serving quinoa, and why don't we get some? Then just use those old chicken breast on top. Simply bad food. Time to go back to simple food.
