Alaska Airlines now offers a soup and sandwich snack plate for these transcontinental late night flights. It is actually a perfect snack. You typically got half a sandwich but since no one ate tonight, the F/A offered me a full sandwich, which was a wonderful focaccia sandwich with chicken and pesto sauce, along with a bowl of lentil soup.
