First Class - Salad with herb vinegrete dressing, followed by choice of Pork tenderloin or Chicken breast in some type of covering (the picture doesn't help the appearance, but it but both tasted good!) Dessert was a chocolate/carmel cake which was delicious.

My first time flying first class and Alaska Airlines. I will do both again. The flight attendants were wonderful and very attentive.
