1) Mai Tai or tropical juice immediately after reaching 10k ft. 2) Package of macadamia nuts with second round of drinks 3) Beef teriyaki and napa cabbage salad with chow mein noodles and sweet Hawaiian roll 4) Sesame ginger salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus 5) Ice cream bon-bons with fresh fruit

I really enjoyed the meal, everything was fresh and very tasty. I do miss the linen table clothes and real salt and pepper shakers of the past, but cut-backs will do that to you.
