Alaska Airlines has really gotten lots of bad press for its new menu inspired by Virgin America. This summer, they finally stepped it up. The meal was a a bit larger now and the promised warmed nuts were actually loaded. The Miso Ginger Beef salad was actually pretty nice. Only two slices of beef but better than before.
