Breakfast Ham, Scrambled Eggs, Apple Stuffed Egg, Blueberry Soaked Apple Slices (Menu Card)

This meal was preceeded by a fruit plate. This breakfast was pretty tasty, the hame was good, eggs were excellent. The blueberry soaked apple was interesting, thought I think the slices would have been better served cold, rather than warm. And yes, that is an ACTUAL METAL KNIFE.
