Amuse bouche. Appetizer - eggplant timbale. First course - Orecchiette pasta with turnip tops (it had broccoli instead). Second course - "Pugliese" style bream fillet served with sauteed courgettes and fried eggplant cubes. Italian cheese board. Italian sweets.

Orange juice, water, "Apianae: Moscate del Molise and hot tea.
