This is the Japanese breakfast set. An interesting meal, beautifully presented. Appetizers included and entire whelk, shell and all, from which you pulled out the meat. Unfortunately, the salmon was very overlooked.

Coffee

Salmon, rice, miso soup, assorted appetizers.
