A lovely international lunch prepared by Four Seasons Resort This is part one featuring the main meal service. The scallop and sea urchin starter was outstanding, but both salad and corn soup were average. The fish and lobster main course was okay but portion could be better. I love Chocolate Brownie with vanilla ice cream.
