sunomono - Grilled rare scallops, salmon gristle and kelp-cured salmon
with Tosa vinegar.
Mixed rice with Japanese whelk shell, Miso soup and assorted pickles.
Dessert - Warm crepe with cherry jubile, and cafe.
Snacks - Classic calzone with salad, Premium vanilla ice cream.
