Lunch Japanese Rice Crackers, saled, tempura and rice, some kind of pudding

The flight was delayed at NRT due to a technical fault so they did the pre meal drink service on the ground... In terms of the meal itself, the portions were small but food quality was surprisingly good. The nice NH cabin crew gave me a second helping of the main course. I wasn't sure what flavour the pudding was (one reason to have a printed menu is for us to know that they're serving us...) but it did the trick at the end of the meal...
