Lunch - Chicken Caesar Salad, wheat roll, and a brownie

The flight attendant explained before takeoff that there were only two types of meals. A hot ham sandwich and the chicken Caesar. I was in the last row of first class. As the flight steward explained when he reached me, "You have a choice of Caesar salad or Caesar salad." It wasn't a bad salad. The brownie however was delicious!!
