Returning in first class, I expected HP service to better then in coach. Unfortunatelly, America West offering consisted of several drinks (pre-departure drink and a drink with the meal) plus a pack of snack mix and a pack of peanuts. Mercifully, the tray table in FC did not contain advertising like the ones in coach. I truly can not imagine someone paying extra for America West's first class, since the seats were much less comfortable then on Continental or Northwest (I haven't flown FC on other airlines) and the food non-existent. The only plus for HP is the fact customs and imigration in PHX are extremely easy and fast.
