Pre-ordered Kosher Lunch (Menu Card)
Beef stew and veggies (egg plant, onions, green peppers, carrots) with rice; steamed veggie medley (close to a three-bean salad); bread roll; sponge cake with fruit and coconut filling

Diet Coke (none in the cup)

This meal was completely sealed in plastic, a good thing for Kosher meals (although they could do the same for vegetarian meals). The bread could have been warm, but overall, the meal was good.
