Dinner - Marinated Cheese Antipasto (not pictured)...Smoked Salmon and Herb-marinated shrimp, choice of bread from breadbasket...Mixed green salad w/creamy caesar dressing...Herbed chicken breast with a Madeira demi-glace, potato cheeddar gratin, green peas with sauteed onions...Butterscotch sundae (vanilla ice cream), nuts and whipped cream

American B767 two class service to Paris (no first...Just economy and business). Really good dinner. The only item I wasn't so hot on was the cheese antipasto: Buffalo mozzarella balls and tiny pear tomatoes in olive oil and minimal herbs...Not too flavorful...But then again, I don't usually like that stuff, anyway. Got it instead of the warm mixed nuts. Great salad, including zucchini, peppers, and mushrooms. Everything else was very tasty, and I didn't leave anything on the plate.
