Service started with drink order. I had red wine it was served with warm nuts. No pre-departure drink was offered Nor hot towels were offered. The meal consisted of a beef fillet ,cauliflower mash, Broccoli rabe, with a red caper sauce. The meal was actually very good. The beef was warm and very tender. A bread basket was past. And a hot cookie for dessert. The appetizer part of the meal was missing from the tray. The in-flight service was very good though. I
