Lunch , Special meal: no
PDB.. red wine ( not pictured.. ). Lunch started with hot towel service then cocktails. Champagne and warm nuts to start. Limited selection on this route.. ( catering is from DFW ). It was a choice of a burger or the Asian chicken salad. I preordered the salad. It was actually quite delicious! The meal was fresh and tasty. A warm fresh roll was served on the side. I chose a snickerdoodle and hot tea for dessert. Simple but good. What made it great was the first class service from Jonathan.
